1. Overview
This website is operated by CCA (Coachable. Consistent. Aggressive.). Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CCA.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including all policies referenced herein.
2. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have given consent by a parent or guardian
- You will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- You will not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction
A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
3. Products & Fulfillment
All products sold by CCA are:
- Made-to-order
- Produced through a third-party fulfillment partner, Printful
- Created specifically for each customer after purchase
By placing an order, you acknowledge:
- Production begins shortly after order placement
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once in production
- Minor variations in color, placement, or print quality may occur due to the custom production process
These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in USD
- Payment is required at checkout before production begins
- Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing error.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
CCA is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed off to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds & Claims
All return and refund requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Key Conditions:
- No returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing
- Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

Failure to follow claim procedures may result in denial of refund or replacement.
7. Order Issues & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Reviewing size charts before purchasing
- Monitoring tracking information once provided
CCA is not responsible for:
- Orders lost due to incorrect addresses
- Packages left unclaimed
- Delays outside of our control
Unclaimed or undeliverable packages may not be eligible for refund and may be discarded or donated after a holding period.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including but not limited to:
- Designs
- Logos
- Graphics
- Text
- Branding
is the property of CCA and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or resell any content without written permission
- Use CCA branding for commercial purposes without authorization
9. Customer-Submitted Content
If you submit custom content (designs, images, text):
- You confirm you own or have rights to use that content
- You grant CCA permission to use it solely for fulfilling your order
CCA is not liable for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-submitted content.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with operations
- Transmit harmful or malicious code
- Engage in fraudulent activity
We reserve the right to terminate service for violations.
11. Third-Party Services
CCA relies on third-party providers for:
- Payment processing
- Production and fulfillment
- Shipping and logistics
We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party services.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
- Exact color matching across all devices and materials
- Continuous, uninterrupted service
- Guaranteed delivery timelines
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCA shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCA from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your misuse of the site
- Your violation of any third-party rights
15. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to anyone at any time
