ORDER PROCESSING
All CCA products are made to order.
- Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Once your order is processed, it is sent to production immediately
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Shipping times vary based on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- United States: 3–4 business days (after production)
- International: 6–20 business days (after production)
Please note:
- These are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or holidays
SHIPPING ORIGIN
CCA partners with a global fulfillment network through Printful.
Your order will ship from the facility that can deliver your items most efficiently based on your location.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- Your package may be returned to the carrier or fulfillment facility
- You will be responsible for reshipping costs
CCA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
CCA is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Weather, customs, or other external delays
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:
- Check with your local post office
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the carrier directly

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs fees
- Import duties
- Taxes
These charges are:
- Determined by your country’s customs office
- Not controlled by CCA
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees.
UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is:
- Unclaimed
- Undeliverable
- Returned due to an incorrect address
The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Packages that are not claimed may be:
- Held for a limited time
- Donated or discarded after the holding period
Refunds are not issued for unclaimed or undeliverable orders.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
This allows for faster delivery and fulfillment from different locations.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment if your order is split.
DELIVERY ISSUES OR QUESTIONS
If you experience any issues with your shipment, contact us within:
- 7 days of delivery (for damaged or incorrect items)
- 30 days of estimated delivery date (for lost packages)
