RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

CCA does not offer returns or exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

We expect our customers to order with intention—and we stand behind what we deliver.


When are refunds or replacements issued?

We will replace or refund orders if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong item

How do I report an issue?

You must contact us within:

  • 7 days of delivery (for damaged/incorrect items)
  • 30 days after estimated delivery date (for lost packages)

Email info@coachableandconsistent.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost OR
  • Issue a refund

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
  • We will investigate and resolve accordingly

Wrong Address Disclaimer

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • The package may be returned
  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

CCA is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.


Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not claimed and returned:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping fees
  • Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after a holding period
  • No refunds will be issued for unclaimed orders

Do you offer size exchanges?

We do not offer size exchanges.

Please review all size charts carefully before ordering.


What if my item was mislabeled?

If you receive a mislabeled item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos

We will send a corrected item or issue a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to health and hygiene standards. These items will not be eligible for reshipment or refund if returned.
